Grounding and Bubbling Your Energy

Here is Energy Work Series: Episode 1

Do you walk into a room full of people and instantly feel drained? In this exercise, we will learn a daily ritual to help your empathy muscles grow stronger.


By grounding and bubbling your energy when you wake up before you go out into the world to people and before going to be it helps your body, mind, and spirit find better alignment.


Grab a glass of water and your favorite journal and let's dive in.



Journaling Prompts:

  1. What were some of the sensations you felt in your body as you starting breathing?

  2. Were you aware of any heaviness? Cracks or feeling blocked energy?

  3. When you closed your eyes, did you feel any extra sensory information?

  4. Did you see, feel, hear anyone else nearby?
