What is Somatic Coaching, and how can it help you as a survivor of sexual assault?
Somatic coaching is turning inward and listening to what our body is trying to tell us. Each body has a different story and how it stores the trauma within, which means there is no right or wrong way to find healing for your body, mind, and spirit. Only what is true for you.
Here are some key points to consider:

How do you feel about your body, sex, masturbation, and intimacy in your relationships?

If you are sexually active, do you experience genital armoring?

How does your body feel today?

Do you have difficulty maintaining intimacy or having sex with your partner (if you have one)?

How does your body feel when you think about sex?
During our 12 weeks together, we will meet virtually for 1 hour each week and use holistic modalities in breathwork, journaling, guided meditations, and spicy homework.
You are your unique person, and these 12 weeks will be customized to your needs and desires for healing in a safe space.
